James is the Principal at KOMANN Consultants and a seasoned real estate development and construction professional with over 14 years of experience spanning the UK and US markets. With a background as a general contractor, institutional client representative, and project management consultant for both national and global firms, James has spent his career supporting and leading the successful delivery of more than $900m in real estate projects—including educational campuses, commercial offices, residential, industrial manufacturing facilities, data centers, retail spaces, and religious nonprofit institutions - for Fortune 100 companies, high-net-worth individuals, and public and private organizations.
At KOMANN, James plays an active leadership role in daily operations, ensuring we execute high-quality service delivery for our clients and operate on principles of curiosity, proactiveness, transparency, collaboration and unwavering commitment to making our clients' goals brought to life.
Outside of work, James is a family man who values time with his loved ones. He stays active through running and hiking with his pet Dobermans and playing football.
